• Defective Units: If you encounter any defects in your purchased equipment, you may return the unit within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement or refund.

• Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all included accessories and documentation.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
